Volunteers are needed to host the door and wardrobe during the play party on Saturday July 11th.

As an organisation run entirely by volunteers, Fite Qlub is built on the principle of collective responsibility: taking care of one another, supporting and showing up for each other.

Volunteering with us is not just about helping to run events, but about co-creating a culture of care and resilience, it means being embedded in a community where belonging, connection, resilience and solidarity are at the center.

Volunteers play a vital role in shaping the community and spaces we create together. Come and join the team: where collective effort turns into genuine connection, care and community.

You: commit to at least one shift + welcoming guests & helping with tickets, coats and tidying at the end.

We: provide free entry, drinks, and a warm and welcoming community.

The Awareness Team is the community support system of Fite Qlub's events. Working in buddy pairs, the awareness team helps ensure participants feel safe(r), welcomed, and included, preventing isolation and encouraging belonging.

The Festival & the Play Party requires volunteers who want to step in as the awareness support system. Together with the Fite Qlub team, we make sure to create a culture of care, connection

Participants can approach the team at any time for assistance, guidance, or simply someone to talk to. Through their presence, attentiveness, and approachability, the Awareness Team upholds Fite Qlub's culture of care and helps shape events into spaces of safety, connection, and community.

You: support participants during the event by being present, approachable, and ready to listen or assist whenever needed, helping uphold a culture of care and safety.

We: provide a pre-event briefing, drinks, a T-shirt (€10 deposit), and glow sticks to stay visible.

Fite Qlub's buddy system supports anyone feeling unsure, nervous, new, or attending alone. Entering a sexually liberated space can be exciting and overwhelming, and we want you to feel at ease.

You will be added to a group chat before the party where you can ask questions and introduce yourself to others. On the day, you will be welcomed to the party by the buddy coordinator. The system ensures you feel welcomed, guided by the Fite Qlub Crew. They answer questions, offer support, and help you navigate the space so no one feels alone.
